Booking_conditions

Booking conditions:

• Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival (deposit will be refunded).
• If this period has passed 3 months before arrival, cancellation is no longer possible
• 25% deposit immediately upon booking – remaining 75% to be paid at least 1 month before arrival;
• Reservation is only valid once payment has been made;
• If full payment has not been received for 1 month upon arrival, the apartment will be made available again and the reservation will be canceled (no right to a refund of the deposit).
• Full amount to be paid if reservation is made from 1 month before arrival (no cancellation possible in that case).
• Minimum number of nights per reservation: 5
• Minimum number of days reservation before check-in: 3
