🙂 Very good location, good swimming pool, confortable sofa and good air conditioner.
🙁 · The first day, we filled the dishwasher because the dishes were dirty as same as the kitchen’s cabinets, and the dishwasher was damaged, spreading water with soap to the kitchen floor, We sent pictures to the manager, and they told us that they called the technician, but after 5 days, nobody came, and we don’t recipe any call. The bathroom sink was very dirty, and we had to clean all the bathroom before using them. We miss a washing machine 😢

🙂 The quality-price ratio is acceptable.
🙁 The beds are a bit narrow.
The folding seat must be opened and cleaned from time to time.
The oven cannot be used, the differential is tripped.

🙂 Excellent location. Apt had all we required (air con was particularly welcome). Beds were clean and very comfortable, plenty of space for the 4 of us. Only 1 key was available but we managed. The pool area is also lovely and it’s a very quiet relaxed place overall. Very close to beach so was easy to head over at any time with apt close by if we forgot anything! Also close to great restaurants, shops and some bars. The property management company were extremely helpful too.
🙁 Not really the issue of the actual apt but the noise from Estival Hotel is a bit much at night (went on until after 3am a lot of nights). How do residents put up with it ? As we had the windows closed it didn’t disturb our sleep but it seems a bit unacceptable to be so loud so late.
